Vehicle Compatibility Policy
Last updated: June 2026
At Land Cruiser Hub, we specialise in supplying parts and accessories for Toyota Land Cruiser vehicles.
We understand that selecting the correct part can sometimes be confusing due to variations between model years, engine types, transmissions, factory options, and previous modifications.
This policy outlines how compatibility information is provided and the responsibilities of both Land Cruiser Hub and our customers.
Compatibility Information
Vehicle compatibility information displayed on our website is provided as a guide only.
While we make every effort to ensure information is accurate, variations may exist between:
- Model years
- Engine types
- Transmission types
- Factory specifications
- Market-specific vehicles
- Previous repairs or modifications
- Aftermarket accessories and upgrades
For this reason, compatibility information should not be relied upon as the sole method of determining suitability.
Not Sure If It Fits?
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your vehicle, please contact us before placing your order.
We are happy to assist with compatibility checks wherever possible.
To help us identify the correct product, we may ask for:
- Vehicle model
- Vehicle year
- Engine type
- Transmission type
- Registration number
- VIN or chassis number
- Photos of the existing component
- Any known modifications
Taking a few minutes to confirm compatibility before ordering can help avoid delays, return freight costs, and installation issues.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their vehicle before installation.
Where a customer chooses not to seek compatibility assistance prior to ordering, Land Cruiser Hub cannot be held responsible for costs associated with incorrectly selected products.
Installed Parts
Once a product has been:
- Installed
- Test-fitted
- Painted
- Modified
- Lubricated
- Wired
- Assembled
- Used in any way
it may no longer be eligible for return unless the product is faulty or required under New Zealand consumer law.
Incorrectly Ordered Parts
If a customer orders an incorrect product and compatibility assistance was not requested before purchase, return requests will be assessed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Return freight costs for incorrectly ordered parts remain the responsibility of the customer.
Labour and Associated Costs
Land Cruiser Hub is not responsible for:
- Labour charges
- Workshop costs
- Vehicle recovery expenses
- Towing costs
- Accommodation costs
- Vehicle downtime
- Loss of income
- Consequential losses
arising from the installation, removal, failure, or incorrect selection of a product.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product supplied.

We are enthusiasts ourselves and want to help customers purchase the correct parts the first time.
If you are unsure about compatibility, simply send us an email before ordering and we'll do our best to help verify fitment for your vehicle.
